Due to the limited space on the party bus, parents are not allowed to stay on the bus while the activities are taking place. However, parents are welcome to take photos before, during, and after the party to capture the special memories.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel your spa party, please let us know as soon as possible.
For cancellations made more than 3 weeks in advance, we will provide a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the party may result in a cancellation fee of $300.
In the event that the party needs to be canceled due to inclement weather or mechanical failure, we will work with you to reschedule for a future date at no additional cost.
